It’s in the way we tell them. With eloquence, details are highlighted and minds are engaged. The Zulus might not have a Tolstoy, because the terms of reference for singing our songs are not always identical.

Our imaginations are all part of one repository. It shouldn’t matter where we draw inspiration from, as long as we do it in good faith.

Motivation counts for a lot. Why do you do what you’ve chosen to do?

A wise man once advised me about eating to live. Living to eat is another choice, of course.
