To make an omelette, one needs to break eggs. Sometimes an egg might be unusable. At other times, one could drop an egg on the kitchen floor by mistake. These are all parts of life.
When matters get messy, the obvious thing to do is to clear things up. There are other options, of course, such as using energy to express frustration.
If one focuses on venting anger when a problem arises, the issue still needs to be resolved after all the histrionics.
All emotions are valid and should be given space to run their courses in our experiences. It makes sense to remember that problem solving can make things better, however.
Air pollutants remain static in enclosed spaces. Irksome feelings quickly pass when we keep our minds open.
